Rules for using the services of Agencja ITP

Effective from: April 1, 2026
Article 1

General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for the provision of services by Agencja ITP Jacek Ślesicki, based in Olsztyn, ul. Borowa 13 lok. 1, 10-242 Olsztyn, Poland, VAT ID: 7393557966, REGON: 365699170.
  2. The terms apply to all clients using the SEO publication, link building, content marketing and related services offered by Agencja ITP.
  3. Placing an order is equivalent to accepting these terms.
  4. Agencja ITP reserves the right to refuse to provide a service without giving a reason.

Definitions

Service Provider

Agencja ITP Jacek Ślesicki

Client

A natural person, legal person or organizational unit commissioning the service

Publication

An article published on an external portal containing a link to the client’s site

Portal

A website from the Agencja ITP database on which the publication is carried out

Dofollow link

A link that passes SEO value (link juice) to the client’s site

Report

A document confirming delivery of the service (URL, screenshot, metrics)

Service fee

The remuneration of Agencja ITP for delivery of the service

Content

A unique article created by the Agency’s copywriters for the publication

Article 3

Nature of the service

Agencja ITP provides intermediary services for SEO publications on online portals. It should be understood that:

  • The services consist of creating content and publishing it on portals from the Agency’s database
  • The Agency does not guarantee the achievement of specific positions in Google search results
  • SEO results depend on many factors beyond the Agency’s control
  • The Agency is not the owner of the publisher portals

Agencja ITP is NOT a travel agency, an online store, nor an advertising agency. We provide exclusively services related to SEO publications and link building.

Article 4

Rules of use

  1. Agencja ITP’s services may be used by both companies (B2B) and natural persons (B2C).
  2. The Client undertakes to provide true contact and company details.
  3. The Agency reserves the right to refuse to provide a service in the case of: illegal content, gambling, pornography, promotion of prohibited substances, discriminatory content.
  4. The Client may not share the list of portals received from the Agency with third parties.
Article 5

Scope of the service

The standard SEO publication service includes:

  1. Creation of unique content by the Agency’s industry specialists (copywriting)
  2. SEO optimization of the content (title, headings, anchor text, metadata)
  3. Publication of the article on a portal from the Agency’s database
  4. Embedding a dofollow link to the client’s site
  5. Delivery report (publication URL, screenshot, date, portal metrics)
  6. Monitoring the retention of the publication during the guarantee period

Additional services (SEO audit, consultations, content plan) are delivered on the basis of individual arrangements.

Article 6

Prices and payments

  • Service prices are set out in the current pricing available at /cennik/
  • All prices are listed in EUR (net) and 23% VAT should be added where applicable
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, payment card, BLIK
  • Payment is required before the service delivery begins (prepayment)
  • For monthly packages, payment is charged in advance at the beginning of each month
  • A VAT invoice is issued automatically after the payment has been booked
Article 7

Service delivery

  • Standard delivery time for a single publication: 5-14 business days from the client’s acceptance of the content
  • The deadline may be extended in the event of: public holidays, technical breaks of portals, a high order volume
  • The Client has 48 hours to accept or submit comments on the content. No response within this time is treated as acceptance
  • The Client has the right to a maximum of 2 rounds of content revisions as part of the order
  • The Agency reserves the right to extend the delivery time by a maximum of 7 business days in exceptional situations
Article 8

Content and copyright

  1. Agencja ITP creates unique content (articles) for every publication.
  2. The content is optimized for SEO and adapted to the requirements of the publisher portal.
  3. The Client accepts the content before publication (with a right to 2 rounds of revisions).
  4. After publication and payment for the service, copyright to the content transfers to the Client.
  5. The Agency reserves the right to use fragments of the content for presentation purposes (portfolio, case studies) after anonymizing the client’s data.
Article 9

Publication retention guarantee

Agencja ITP offers a 12-month retention guarantee on every publication:

  • If the link is removed through the portal’s fault within 12 months of publication, the Agency will provide a replacement free of charge within 30 days
  • The replacement will be on a portal with comparable metrics (DA/DR +/- 10)
  • The guarantee does not cover: complete closure of the portal, changes to the portal’s policy, breach of the terms by the client, administrative decisions

The guarantee relates to the retention of the link and publication, not to SEO results (positions in Google).

Article 10

Liability

  • Agencja ITP does not guarantee specific positions in Google search results
  • SEO results depend on many factors: quality of the client’s site, content, UX, competition, algorithm
  • The Agency’s liability is limited to the value of the paid order
  • The Agency is not liable for: lost profits, indirect damages, changes to Google’s algorithm
  • The Agency is not responsible for the consequences of the client providing untrue information
Article 11

Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted by email to: kontakt@agencjaitp.pl within 14 days of the delivery of the service.
  2. The submission should include: a description of the problem, the order number, the expected resolution.
  3. The Agency will review the complaint within 14 business days of receiving the submission.
  4. Possible forms of resolution: correction of the service, delivery of a replacement, partial or full refund of the service fee.
Article 12

Protection of personal data

Agencja ITP processes clients’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679). Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

As part of the service delivery the Agency may process: client contact details, company details (VAT ID, name), client website URL, data relating to orders and payments.

Article 13

Confidentiality

  • Information about the client’s publication strategy, selected portals and pricing terms is confidential
  • The Agency does not disclose information about clients to third parties without written consent
  • The Client may not share the list of portals or the terms of cooperation with the Agency with third parties
  • At the Client’s request, a formal NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is available
  • The confidentiality obligation also applies after the end of cooperation
Article 14

Changes to the terms

  1. Agencja ITP reserves the right to change the terms.
  2. Clients will be informed of changes by email with a minimum notice of 14 days.
  3. Failure to accept the amended terms entitles the client to terminate the contract without consequences.
  4. Orders placed before the changes enter into force are delivered according to the previous rules.
Article 15

Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
  2. The court competent to resolve disputes is the court competent for the seat of Agencja ITP (Olsztyn, Poland).
  3. Consumers may use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  4. These terms enter into force on April 1, 2026.
