Purpose of data processing
We process Your personal data for the following purposes:
- Delivery of SEO services – preparation of strategies, publications and reports under the concluded agreement
- Sales contact – responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form, email or phone
- Preparation of quotes – analysis of client needs and preparation of an individual offer
- Newsletter – sending information about services, news and educational content (only after consent has been given)
- Website traffic analysis – measuring visit statistics, optimizing the site and tailoring content to users’ needs
- Issuing invoices – fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations
- Pursuing claims – possible defense against or pursuit of claims
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of the following grounds from Art. 6(1) GDPR:
- Art. 6(1)(a) – consent – in the case of the newsletter, marketing cookies and contact for sales purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract – in the case of providing SEO, link building and content marketing services on the basis of a concluded agreement or taking steps at the request of the person prior to entering into a contract.
- Art. 6(1)(c) – legal obligation – in the case of issuing invoices, keeping accounting records and fulfilling tax obligations.
- Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest – in the case of website traffic analysis (GA4), defense against claims, direct marketing and improvement of services.
Data retention period
The retention period depends on the purpose of processing:
- Client data (contract) – for the duration of the contract and 5 years after its termination (statute of limitations for civil claims)
- Contact form data – until the correspondence is concluded and the inquiry is handled, no longer than 2 years from the last contact
- Invoice data – 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the invoice was issued (tax obligation)
- Newsletter – until unsubscribed (withdrawal of consent)
- Analytics cookie data – in accordance with Google Analytics retention policy (up to 14 months)
- Marketing cookie data – until consent is withdrawn or the cookie file expires
After the retention period has expired, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
User rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) – you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process Your data and access to a copy of it
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) – you have the right to request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) – you have the right to request deletion of data (the „right to be forgotten”), if there is no legal basis for further processing
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – you have the right to request restriction of processing in certain situations
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) – you have the right to receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) – you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) – if processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal
- Right to lodge a complaint – you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland

Google Analytics 4
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google Ireland Limited to analyze traffic and optimize content.
Within GA4 we apply the following privacy protection measures:
- IP anonymization – IP addresses are anonymized by default in GA4
- Retention period – data is stored for 14 months
- No sharing – we do not share GA4 data with third parties
- No Google Signals – we do not use Google Signals for ad personalization
You can opt out of tracking by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on that blocks GA or by rejecting analytics cookies in the cookie banner.
External tools and services
In the course of providing our services we use the following external tools:
- Ahrefs – backlink profile analysis and portal metrics. Processed data: client domain URL (public data)
- Google Search Console – monitoring visibility of client sites in search results. Access based on client authorization
- Email marketing platforms – handling the newsletter and communication with clients. Data: email address, name (optional)
- Invoicing system – issuing and storing VAT invoices. Data: company details, VAT ID, address
Each of the above entities processes data in accordance with its own privacy policies and on the basis of data processing agreements.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, Your email address will be used to send:
- Information about new items in Agencja ITP’s offer
- Expert articles on SEO and link building
- Case studies and industry reports
- Information about promotions and special offers
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and is based on Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the „Unsubscribe” link located in the footer of every newsletter email.
Within the newsletter we measure open and click rates in order to optimize content. This data is anonymized and analyzed in aggregate form.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction:
- SSL/TLS encryption – all communication with the site is encrypted with an SSL certificate
- Access control – client data is accessible only to authorized employees on a least-privilege basis
- Secure servers – client data is stored on secure servers with regular backups
- Updates – we regularly update the site’s software (WordPress, plugins) to eliminate known security vulnerabilities
- Internal procedures – we have implemented procedures for handling security incidents and staff training

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy in order to adapt it to legal, technological or organizational changes.
