What is Agencja ITP?

Agencja ITP is a specialized SEO agency based in Olsztyn, Poland, focused on expert publications (guest posting), link building and content marketing. We help companies build authority in search engines through strategic acquisition of backlinks from credible niche portals.

Our approach is based on an individual strategy for every client – we do not offer pre-made packages from a list, but tailor our activities to the specifics of the industry, the competition and business goals.

How are you different from link marketplaces?

The difference is fundamental. Marketplaces offer links from a ready-made list of portals – you pick a portal, pay and get a link. It is a transactional approach, without strategy.

At Agencja ITP we work differently:

  • We create an individual link strategy for every client
  • We select portals by topical relevance, not just metrics
  • We write unique expert content that adds real value
  • We monitor results and adjust the strategy over time
  • We provide a dedicated account manager

The result: lasting SEO outcomes instead of one-off links that may disappear after a few months.

How long have you been on the market?

Agencja ITP has been operating on the Polish SEO market for several years, specializing from the start in expert publications and strategic link building. During that time we have delivered hundreds of campaigns for clients across various industries – from e-commerce, through SaaS, to local services and B2B.

Our knowledge comes from daily work with Google’s algorithms and the continuous testing of different link acquisition strategies.

How many portals do you have in your database?

We cooperate with several hundred portals in Poland and abroad. Our database covers portals of various topical profiles – from general news services, through niche portals, to expert blogs and regional media.

We constantly expand the database, verifying each portal for quality, organic traffic, metrics (DA/DR) and domain history. We do not publish on low quality portals or link farms.

Can I see the list of portals before cooperation?

The full list of portals is our competitive advantage and is treated as confidential information. We do not make it available publicly or before the start of cooperation.

During the free consultation, however, we can present examples of portals matched to Your industry, along with their metrics (DA, DR, organic traffic). After signing the agreement you receive full information about every portal where we plan publications.

What services do you offer?

Our main areas of activity include:

Each service can be ordered separately or as part of a monthly cooperation package.

Do you write the content or do I need to provide my own?

In the standard cooperation model our copywriter team creates the content. We write expert articles adapted to the portal’s topic and Your industry, with natural placement of links.

If you have your own content team, you can provide ready-made content – we verify it for SEO and adapt it to the portal’s requirements. We also offer a hybrid model where you provide a topic outline and we develop it into a full article.

What is the minimum DR of portals you publish on?

We do not publish on portals with a DR (Domain Rating, Ahrefs) below 5. The first price tier covers portals with DR from 5, the second from DR 15, and the highest from DR 25. The choice of threshold depends on the selected package and the client’s budget.

It is worth remembering, however, that DR is only one of the metrics. When selecting portals we also analyze: organic traffic, visibility in Senuto, topical profile, domain history and the quality of existing content. A portal with DR 10 with strong organic traffic in Your industry may be more valuable than a portal with DR 30 without traffic.

Are the links dofollow?

Yes, we provide dofollow links by default – they pass SEO power (so-called link juice) and are key to building domain authority. Every publication contains at least one dofollow link to the client’s site.

As part of the strategy we may also recommend a mix of nofollow links – a natural backlink profile should contain both types. We decide on the proportions during strategy planning, taking into account the current backlink profile of Your domain.

How long do the publications stay up?

We guarantee retention of the publication for a minimum of 12 months from the date of publication. In practice the vast majority of articles remain on the portals indefinitely, because we cooperate with reliable publishers.

If a publication is removed due to the portal’s fault during the guarantee period, we provide a free replacement publication on a portal with comparable parameters.

Do you offer a guarantee on the links?

We offer a 12-month retention guarantee on the links. It covers:

  • Keeping the article on the portal for at least 12 months
  • Preserving the dofollow link without changes to the attribute
  • Free replacement in the event of removal through the portal’s fault

We do not, however, guarantee specific positions in Google – the impact of links on rankings depends on many factors over which we do not have full control (Google’s algorithm, competitor activity, quality of the client’s site).

Cooperation process

What does the first step of cooperation look like?

We start the process with a free 30-minute strategy call. During the call we:

  • Get to know Your industry, goals and expectations
  • Perform an initial analysis of Your domain’s backlink profile
  • Discuss the budget and cooperation options
  • Present examples of portals matched to Your topic

Based on the call we prepare an individual strategy proposal along with a quote. The decision to cooperate is entirely up to You – we do not impose any commitments at the consultation stage.

How long does a publication take?

The standard delivery time for a single publication is 5-14 business days from the moment the client accepts the content. This time consists of:

  • Article preparation: 2-4 business days
  • Client acceptance: 1-2 business days
  • Submission to the portal and publication: 2-8 business days

Timelines may vary depending on the portal’s requirements and its internal editorial procedures. For monthly packages the schedule is set individually.

Can I approve the content before publication?

Yes, every article is sent for approval before publication. You are entitled to two rounds of revisions as part of the standard cooperation. We want the content to fully reflect the expertise of Your brand.

For clients with extensive brand voice requirements we offer an extended approval process, which we agree on individually.

What does the reporting look like?

Reporting takes place in monthly cycles. Each report includes:

  • A list of publications delivered, with links
  • Portal metrics (DA, DR, organic traffic)
  • Indexation status of the published articles
  • Changes in the client’s domain backlink profile
  • Recommendations for the next period

We send the report as a readable PDF document to the email address provided. At the client’s request we also organize monthly summary meetings.

Can I change the strategy during cooperation?

Of course. An SEO strategy should be flexible and respond to market, algorithmic and business changes. Within ongoing cooperation you can at any time:

  • Change the topical direction of the publications
  • Add new domains or subpages to be linked to
  • Modify the target keywords
  • Adjust the budget and intensity of activities

Changes are discussed with the dedicated account manager and implemented from the next billing month.

Prices and payments

How much do your services cost?

Prices depend on the scope of activities, the quality of portals and the scale of the project. Approximate price ranges:

  • A single guest posting publication: from 85 EUR net
  • Starter package: from 450 EUR net / month
  • Growth package: from 1,430 EUR net / month
  • Enterprise package: from 3,430 EUR net / month

Is there a minimum cooperation period?

We do not impose long-term contracts. You can order a single publication or decide on a monthly cooperation. We recommend, however, a minimum 3-month cooperation period, because the effects of link building are visible in the mid-term.

For cooperation of 6 or 12 months we offer preferential rates – details discussed individually.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (standard term: 7 or 14 days)
  • Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Online payment (instant transfer)

By default we work on a prepayment model – delivery starts after the payment has been booked. For long-term clients with a positive cooperation history we offer the option of deferred payment terms.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Agencja ITP Jacek Ślesicki is an active VAT payer (VAT ID: 7393557966). We issue VAT invoices for every transaction. Invoices are sent electronically to the email address indicated by the client.

All prices in offers are net – 23% VAT should be added where applicable.

Are there discounts for longer cooperation?

Yes, we apply a progressive discount system:

  • 3-month cooperation: discount on higher-tier portals
  • 6-month cooperation: preferential package rates
  • 12-month cooperation: the best conditions + dedicated strategy included

Do you have a partnership program?

Yes, we run a partnership program dedicated to SEO agencies, freelancers and consultants. The program includes:

Do you offer white label?

Yes, we offer a full white label model. This means that Your clients will never know about our involvement in the project. Within white label we provide:

  • Reports with Your logo and branding
  • No Agencja ITP markings in communication with the client
  • Flexible cooperation – you can hand over the entire project or just a part of it
  • Adapting the process to Your client service standards
What discounts do you offer to partners?

The level of discounts depends on the volume of orders and the length of cooperation. Partners can count on:

  • Volume discount: the more publications per month, the better the unit rate
  • Loyalty discount: growing with each additional month of cooperation
  • Special conditions on new services and premium portals

What does the partner panel look like?

Partners get access to a dedicated panel that allows you to:
